Following the completion of the 9th MCX Plugtests™, Teltronic keep on working on the interoperability of its solutions, reinforcing its commitment to open standards and mission-critical communications.
Teltronic participated with its complete public safety portfolio and throughout the testing sessions, its MCX Server, MCX Client, Dispatcher (CeCoCo), and 4G, 5G, and TETRA networks (Teltronic provided LTE EPC core as well as 5G Core) were put through serveral interoperability scenarios. The company collaborated with multiple vendors, testing seamless communications across different manufacturers’ systems.
The tests particularly emphasized interMCX scenarios, ensuring connectivity between various systems , as well as the effective functioning of the Interworking Function (IWF) with both Teltronic’s and third-party TETRA networks, all focused in multi-vendor interoperability.
The Plugtests highlight Teltronic’s commitment with the latest 3GPP standards for mission-critical services. These tests confirm that the company is taking the right steps to integrate its solutions into heterogeneous environments while maintaining high performance and security.
Additionally, through its participation in the Observer Program, Teltronic contributed to discussions on the progress of MCX deployments and the challenges faced in real-world implementations.
During these demos, some interoperability testcases are executed in a scenario alongside with other vendors, in front of observers (mainly entities as Public Safety MNO). Teltronic participated in almost all demos, mainly as infrastructure (4G/5G) provider, and also led two demos, showing its complete portfolio and focused on IWF, call priority change and interMCX.
After eight editions in a row participating, Teltronic has consolidated itself as a key player in the event, given its availability and willingness to interoperate with as many vendors as possible as well as its professionalism trying to give always the best performance.
