What will be your responsibilities?

Depending on your previous professional profile and after a period of internal training and onboarding, your main responsibilities in relation to the assigned product line will be the following:

• PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT AND MARKET SURVEILLANCE

• • Identify needs and requirements for new solutions to be incorporated to Teltronic's portfolio according to the company's strategy.
  • Analyse the critical communications market as a whole: identify customer requirements, analyse similar solutions offered by competitors, establish pricing policies and monitor the evolution of radio communication technologies, especially 3GPP.
  • Making decisions in the framework of the evolution of the product line with a global company vision: providing a balance between risk, return on investment and technical aspects.

• RELATIONS AND INTERLOCUTION:

• • To be the point of contact with the R&D area that carries out product development within Teltronic: synchronising the roadmap of new functionalities and establishing priorities according to the market.
  • Maintain continuous communication both with the Operations Area that deploys and maintains company solutions and Teltronic subsidiaries, mainly in Brazil, Mexico, USA and Canada, to gather customer feedback on requirements and improvement needs.
  • Identify key suppliers of new solutions and manage the relationship with them to synchronise their roadmaps with Teltronic's business needs.

• SALES PROMOTION

• • Support the Marketing and Communication processes by participating in big events, public events representing Teltronic and generating digital content.
  • Provide support to the Sales and Presales areas in promotion tasks, making demos and defining the winning strategy from a technical and commercial point of view.
  • Become the reference person for the Sales and Presales areas in the assigned business line, and lead internal training actions that help them to increase their knowledge of Teltronic's portfolio and its key selling points compared to our competitors.

It would be great if in addition to the essential skills, your background and profile would include some of the following requirements...

• Knowledge of any radio communications technology such as TETRA, P25, DMR, 3GPP technologies such as 4G or 5G, or other IP communication technologies.
• Previous experience as a Product Manager in technology markets... or related to telecommunication solutions.
• Experience in the implementation of solutions in vertical markets such as Defence, Public Safety, Transport, Industry or critical infrastructures.
• Technical autonomy in the preparation and execution of demonstrations and organisation of pilots in Promotion phases.
• Knowledge of other languages such as French, Portuguese (or others).

We select a Project Manager to be part of the Delivery Projects Area of ​​the  Operationes Department of TELTRONIC.

The Project Management area is responsible for the management and commissioning of Teltronic's radio telecommunications systems throughout the world.

The vacancy is located in Zaragoza (Spain) and the Project Manager selected will be responsible for leading the project and solution involved. This person will be responsible in dealing with the different groups and resources in the company and dealing with the customer needs to fulfil the Project and Customer requirements.

Responsibilities:   

• Design, communicate, and implement the project; monitor the progress and performance; take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
• Lead the systems design, detailing interfaces, configuration, user profiles and architecture design.
• Identify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project. This may include preparing complex engineering standards, designs and work specifications; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors if required in coordination with the stakeholders involved.
• Liaise with other areas in the organization to secure the project.
• Assure the coordination of requirements with R&D and external subcontractors.
• Conduct project meetings with the customer and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project
• Coach and mentor project staff and assist them to solve problems.
• Follow-Up the project issues raised during T&C phases.
• Participation in the onsite activities.

What are we looking for?    

• Requirements:

• • Telecommunications Engineering or similar background.
  • Minimum 5 years related experience in similar position.
  • Experience coverage studies/radio planning and design, surveys, installation and commissioning of networks and telecommunications projects.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish.
  • Knowledge in systems and transport network (microwave, PDH, SDH, Optical Fibre, etc.).
  • Knowledge in systems and data networks and telephony (TCP / IP, Ethernet, PSTN, ISDN, PBX, SIP, VoIP, etc.) and communication protocols.
  • Deep experience with Microsoft Office, Internet tools.

• Desirable experience:

• • CCNA certification or similar.
  • Experience in radio technologies such as TETRA/DMR/LTE/WiFi.
  • Experience managing technical resources.
  • Other languages (Portuguese, French, Russian).

Teltronic selects an RF Engineer to perform radio planning activities to achieve radio design requirements in RFPs and project deployment for TETRA and LTE technologies.

Responsabilities

The main responsibilities of this vacancy will be:

• Carry out the evaluation and selection of the location according to the RF regulations of the country of implementation.
• Generate reports related to RF Engineering.
• Use the planning tool (ATDI) to input and extract data to generate predictions.
• Draft RF design solutions to address network issues that will be reviewed by the radio planner.
• Establish the specific RF parameters for the system/site in which they will be integrated.
• Define coverage acceptance test plans for projects and correlate field results with predictions.
• Accomplish any other task assigned by the person in charge of radio planning.
• Interface with internal and external teams:
  • Support to the sales department.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including preliminary studies.
  • Analyze the existing systems, needs and requirements of customers.
  • Provide technical support to sales, project managers and the customer.
  • Participate in customer projects, scope management, risks, changes and customer expectations.

Essential Requirements and Experience:

• Two to three years of experience using RF planning software tools
